PCI-Express Clock Source The ICS557-03 is a PCI-Express Gen1 compliant clock generator with spread spectrum capability. The device is intended for any application requiring PCI-Express clocks, including PC, embedded, consumer, or industrial system designs. IDT’s spread spectrum technology allows you to substantially reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI), using either center or down spread configurable via input select pins. The ICS557G-03LF is the most cost effective way of generating two differential (HCSL) spread spectrum outputs, by using either a standard fundamental mode 25MHz crystal or reference clock input. PCIe, sRIO and Gigabit Ethernet Frequency Synthesizer The ICS841S012I is an optimized PCIe, sRIO and Gigabit Ethernet Frequency Synthesizer and a member of HiperClocks™ family of high performance clock solutions from IDT. The ICS841S012I uses a 25MHz parallel resonant crystal to generate 33.33MHz - 200MHz clock signals, replacing solutions requiring multiple oscillator and fanout buffer solution. The device supports ±0.25% center-spread, and -0.5% downspread clocking with two spread select pins (SSC[1:0]). The VCO operates at frequency of 2GHz. All Banks A, B and C have their own dedicated frequency select pins and can be independently set. More...
